Master's Program
Personalized, wearable and implantable biomedical systems The program involves close interaction of educational and scientific processes with the active participation of students, faculty and research staff in real scientific and innovative activities. It is aimed at the research and development of personalized, wearable and implantable biomedical systems (including artificial organs). Moreover, it positively affects self-development of the researcher-developer holistic personality. Graduates of the program are ready to participate in all stages of the development process: from an idea and concept through design, prototyping, testing and certification to setting up for serial production.

I'm a first year postgraduate student at the Institute of biomedical systems. This year I pursued a master's degree in biotechnical systems and technologies also in the Institute of biomedical systems. The aim of my research work was to investigate the effects of radar radiation on protein dissolutions with carbon nanotubes, during our master program, we were learning such disciplines as well let analysis and neural networks electrical graphic systems, laser engineering of biocompatible materials and some common disciplines. Most of all, I like the discipline “laser engineering of biocompatible materials” goes directly related to the topic of my research work, I was able to emphasize many interesting and useful facts and improve my knowledge about the interaction of laser radiation with biological matter.

Studying here helps me learn how to write scientific articles and do researches. I like to participate in conferences, especially in international conferences. Thanks to this, I get a lot of new experience. I like studying in this department because here I can learn a lot of new useful subjects. I can learn about new directions in biomedical systems development, those studies that are conducted in our department, help make people's lives a little bit better. I hope that studying here will help me to develop science and improve the quality of human life.
